The Site is operated by OCOMMO LLC (“OCOMMO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), the exclusive importer and distributor of CU SKIN® products in the United States of America.

By accessing, browsing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

 

1. Eligibility & Use of the Services

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

The Services are intended for personal, non-commercial use only unless expressly authorized in writing by OCOMMO.

 

2. Account Registration & Security

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or violate these Terms.

 

3. Products & Skincare Disclaimer

CU SKIN® products sold on the Site are cosmetic products intended for external use only.

No Medical Advice: Information provided on the Site is for general informational purposes only and is not intended as medical advice. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before using new skincare products, especially if you have sensitive skin, allergies, are pregnant, or have a medical condition.

4. Orders, Acceptance & Cancellation

All orders placed constitute an offer to purchase. OCOMMO reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its discretion.

Orders are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed and an order confirmation is issued. Once confirmed, orders may not be canceled or modified except as required by law or as permitted under our Refund Policy.

 

5. Pricing, Taxes & Payment

Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed do not include applicable taxes, shipping, or handling fees unless stated otherwise.

You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all charges incurred. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

 

6. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only. OCOMMO is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events beyond our control.

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of products to the carrier.

 

7. Returns & Refunds

All returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed exclusively by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including trademarks, logos, text, graphics, images, videos, product descriptions, and software, is owned by or licensed to OCOMMO LLC and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.

“CU SKIN®” and related brand marks are trademarks of their respective owners and used under authorization.

 

9. User Content & Reviews

By submitting reviews, comments, or other content (“User Content”), you grant OCOMMO a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display such content for any lawful purpose.

You represent that your User Content: - Is truthful and accurate - Does not infringe third-party rights - Does not contain unlawful, misleading, or harmful content

We reserve the right to remove User Content at our discretion.

 

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: - Use the Site for unlawful or fraudulent purposes - Interfere with Site security or functionality - Scrape, crawl, or collect data without permission - Misrepresent affiliation with OCOMMO or CU SKIN

Violation may result in termination of access and legal action.

 

11. Third-Party Services & Shopify

The Site is hosted by Shopify Inc. Shopify is not responsible for products sold on the Site.

You expressly release Shopify from any claims related to purchases made through the Site.

 

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OCOMMO LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
